Our Mission
The Wage Justice Center is a non-profit organization devoted to combating wage theft. We assist low-income workers assert their rights against exploitative employers and those who profit from wage theft. Our legal strategies and advocacy draw on our experience in judgment enforcement and representing workers in the informal economy. We aim to prioritize assistance to workers who would otherwise have little to no access to legal services and legal advocacy.

Our Services
LEGAL ASSISTANCE
The Wage Justice Center directly represents workers fighting wage theft.
Services include assisting day laborers with mechanic’s liens, litigating cases and applying other strategies to collect unpaid wages.
COMMUNITY EDUCATION
The Wage Justice Center educates workers, volunteers and advocates on the rights, strategies and best practices to collect unpaid wages.
